Go public with your faith!
Ready to take the next step in your faith? Water baptism is your moment to publicly declare that you’re all in with Jesus. It’s a ceremony where you make a bold public statement that you’ve committed yourself fully to Christ–and it’s one of the most powerful decisions you’ll ever make. Jesus Himself commanded us to baptize disciples in the name of the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit (Matthew 28:19), and He modeled this commitment by being baptized Himself.
What Does Baptism Mean?
When you go under the water, you’re doing something profound: identifying with Jesus in His death, burial, and resurrection (Romans 6:3-4, 11). Submerging under the water represents the end of your old life controlled by sin, while rising from the water symbolizes the beginning of a brand-new life in Christ. It’s not just a religious ritual–it’s a physical picture of your spiritual transformation. Through baptism, you put on Christ like new clothes (Galatians 3:27), showing the world that you belong to God.
What Comes First?
Baptism isn’t a magic formula. True repentance and turning to God must come first (Acts 2:38). Baptism is a response to what Christ has already done for you, not a way to earn your salvation.
